JG Customs is founded and operated by Jeremy in Manchester Center, Vermont. It grew from independent, hands-on work using its own tools — combining mechanical repair with customization and fabrication, and going to the customer when a shop visit isn't easy.
You talk to the same person who inspects, diagnoses and repairs your vehicle. The approach: find the problem before recommending parts, explain your options, and match the work to what the vehicle actually needs.

Do you offer mobile mechanic service?
Yes. We can travel to your location for inspections, diagnostics and certain repairs. Whether it can be completed on site depends on space, weather, safety, required tools and complexity.
How does the travel charge work?
The first 15 minutes of travel are free for diagnostics and repair. Beyond that, a charge applies based on distance and time to reach you, confirmed before the appointment.
What info should I send to book?
Year, make, model, mileage, vehicle location and a detailed description of the problem. Photos, videos, fault codes and whether the vehicle starts or moves all help.
Is the initial estimate the final price?
Not always. An estimate is based on what's visible before starting. If diagnosis or disassembly reveals additional damage, we tell you before doing major work that changes the cost.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, subject to review. Labor rates may differ when you supply parts. We can't guarantee the quality, compatibility or manufacturer warranty of customer-supplied parts, and extra time caused by an incorrect part may be charged.
Do you work on cars and trucks?
Yes. The owner has experience with cars, pickups and heavy-duty trucks. Accepting a job depends on the vehicle type, repair, tools required and location.
